Do I need a consultation before receiving cosmetic medicine treatments?
Yes. All cosmetic medicine treatments at Illume Cosmetic Clinic require a personalised consultation with our medical team. This ensures the treatment is appropriate and tailored to your individual concerns.
Can you tell me the price of cosmetic medicine treatments?
Due to TGA and AHPRA advertising regulations, we cannot advertise or provide prices for prescription-only (S4) medications outside of; and without a consultation. We are also not permitted to discuss pricing via phone or social media. Please book a consultation to discuss your goals and receive a tailored treatment plan.

We provide a 30 minute complimentary consultation for all clients, allowing for a personalised treatment plan to be developed.
You can discuss goals and ask questions before starting treatment by booking a package.
Can I bring my little ones in?
Parents are welcome to have their children accompany them to the clinic, but it's important to ensure they do not touch any equipment and are supervised throughout their visit.
Where do I park when I come into the Clayfield clinic?
We have an ample amount of street parking available for clients in the streets around the clinic. Majority of the available parking is not metered or timed.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
We kindly ask for 24hrs notice or more when changing or canceling appointments. We do send appointment reminders via text & email prior to your appointment date and try our best to confirm your appointment with you. Failure to give more than 48hours notice for an appointment change may result in your deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee being applied to your account.
If you are on a package, your session may need to be redeemed. A cancellation fee will be applied for appointment no shows. In the event of changing your mind during a treatment session, the 20% booking fee will remain to cover the consultation time.
If I am feeling unwell, should I change my appointment?
Please let us know if you are feeling unwell, so we can rebook you to another day/time. This ensures the highest level of safety for our clinic, staff and clients.
Are there treatments I won’t be able to do when breastfeeding?
We will only treat you for EMS + EMT SCULPT whilst you are breastfeeding for safety reasons.
